Lots of reviews in the archives on these. The B6S4 folks also just got a GB done, so several have started posting reviews of them.
In general they're low dusting (lower than stock) moderate bite but very good linear feel. They're great for short tracks, Solo2 or Autox type events. Fairly quiet, but not silent as they do emit a light squeel when they're warm under very light pedal pressure (like in a parking lot for example).

Bobcats will bite a bit less than the stock pad. The difference is small, and not terribly noticeable. Panther+ will bite very hard, cold or warm.
Fade resistance on both is much better than stock.
Panther+ is a light duty track pad. It's dusty, and noisy so not well suited for a daily driver. It works well cold, so it's something you can run around on the street, to the track and back, without having to swap pads at the event.
