driver seat-support issues

driver seat-support issues
yesterday when i hopped in my car the drivers seat felt as if the lower back portion of the seat was pushing in toward me.. as if the upper part of the seat lost some support. at 175# and active person, i dont think the seat should have given out...only 75k on the odo...
has anyone else experienced a front seat that has lost support? if so, how have you remedied? I was thinking at least, of swapping the passsenger seat with the drivers seat, as I did sit in the passenger seat and not seem to have the lower back 'bulge' as it were?

the bulge comment makes me think somebody playing with your lumbar support adjustment
