No complaints! That's BS. My A4 seat does the same thing (m)

I got the "It's within spec" line too.
"Can I see this spec?"
"No, don't really have anything, but we compared to another car and it does the same thing."
"A new car?"
"No, a car that had the about the same number of miles"
"Sounds like an overall defect"
"Well, may be we should have you take a test ride with the Service Manager"
"Thanks, maybe next time"
