Default Driver's side headlight not working

HI there all. I am a bit of a NEWB here but have been told this is the place to get information so here goes...

I have a 2001 S4. The display tells me I have a problem with my lights. Sure enough; One headlight (driver's side Low-Beam) is not working.

Checked the condition of the leads, light-bulb, fuses... All good.

I swapped the bulbs from the left-side for good measure... Again, all good with the bulb.

I used a meter on the leads for the light... Yep, getting voltage.

Still the light is not working... Am I missing something?

This is my first Audi and I have no idea if I have missed something that is common-knowledge for the seasoned Audi-O-Phile.

Help

BTW. I have VAG software (not registered) but there is no option for the S4 on there. Is it compatible but just not listed?

If you have xenon light bulbs, each bulb has its own igniter.

Maybe your driver's side igniter is bad.
