Sounds like the mechanism needed for getting maximum heat out of the exhaust would be at least as of
an exhaust restriction as a turbo hot-side wheel (I am envisioning something like an intercooler on the exhaust). Other issue is lack of response and that cruising at 60-70 mph would = cool water in steam system so it would not produce much psi until you were on it for awhile. And don't forget that simplicity is a virtue.
