Default dtc's 16684, 16688, 16689, 16690 cylinder missfires and a slow car

my car is very slow especally after about 3500rpm. there is hesitation all the way to redline. i have an apr stage 2+ A box car. I cleared the codes and these came back.
16684 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs - random/multiple cylender missfire detected
P0300 - 35-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
16688 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs - cylinder 4 missfire
P0304 - 35-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
16690 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs - cylinder 6
P0306 - 35-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
16689 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs - cylender 5
P0305 - 35-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent

could these codes be the cause of the problem? i did a pressure test and there seems to be no boost leaks. ive done a TBA and that didnt help either. what else can I check to determine the cause of this problem? i have a vag-com so let me know if there is anything i can log to help figure this out. im not even sure if the missfires are slowing the car or if its somthing else.

Default Jeff, was your MAF showing normal g/s readings during that time?...

Just curious if the airflow block (003?) on the VAG picked up your bad MAF and if that's a good way to watch out for MAF problems.

Default my MAF is brand new. it used to pull only 160g/s and i would get lean codes.

after resetting by disconnecting battery it would run good then i would get the lean codes like yours shows.
I replaced the maf and now pull 270g/s but the other problem must have occured around the same time.

Default part of my problem was the rubber gasket inside the MAF tube installed improperly
