Default check block 032, if your part throttle trims are really negative (rich), it's a vac leak...

imo. 8^)

Whenever I've had vac leaks, my idle trims will go lean and my part throttle will go rich.

Part throttle trims should be around -3.50% +/ - a .50%?

Default every setup is different...

Is very difficult to say what is your specific target for part throttle and idle but I'd be comfortable with part throttle < -10% and idle anywhere from ~+1.5 to -1.5.
