Default Dynapack 5500 vs. Dynapack 5000... can the #s be significantly different?

Assuming the same car but one dyno is located near sea level and the other is at 800 ft above sea level.

(temperature, humidity being equal)

Default yes they can

I know it seems like all dynapacks look the same, but they have differences between models just like other dynos do between models.

I have seen differences between exactly the two you are asking about.

Default by changing the

length of the pull and gear ratio you can get a Dynapak to read whatever you want 5000 or 5500 models. Good dynos though for tuning. The waterbrake works great for holding RPMs under load.
