Default Dyno Dynamics dynanometer ... any issue with the results these produce?

Understanding output ratings vary from dyno to dyno, and knowing the shop has baseline data for stock S4s tested on their Dyno Dynamics dyno (thus providing a crank calculation factor), is there anything I should be aware of when considering test results for my car on this particular unit?

Default Dude ... it's an organized Dyno Day with AZ Audi! If you ever visited AZA, you'd know. ;-)

Check out this thread on AZA: <a href="http://www.azaudi.org/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=3361">Dyn o Day GTG</a>

It's this Saturday (5/29) from 9 AM to whenever; $65/car (AWD) for 2-3 runs. Josh (wishbone) is having lunch brought in and there will be a few misc giveaways. And it looks to be a mix of Audi, VW, BMW a C5 Z06 and maybe a few WRXs and EVOs. Should be fun ... swing by if you can.

Maybe I can sell my car. I'll be there. Maybe I can get some 100 in the car and run the APR race.

Default ROCKCENTER did under 210 at Stage 2 I believe (at Dynocomp not KTR). Will be nice to compare cars

in AZ at least.

Default I thought I saw where one of the local (AZ) guys did 197 hp stock on this dyno ...

The shop has baselined a few stock S4s, so at least I'll have a relative factor on which to base drivetrain loss calculations in determining output on my car.

Default Seriously?

Did James indicate if the car was having problems? Or was it related to the Dyno? I'd like to see my car putting down 240-250 at least.

Default No fine run (can't remember what software). I keep thinking 208 hp was the outcome, which IIRC Rich

says is a bit below a stock STi (last I heard he had some Scubies spinning over 300 hp to the wheels on that dyno).
