Default I would definitely not rule anything out...

But I can say that plugs can NOT hurt I'd look at boost control first with regards to that dip.

I found these IK22 on Ebay for a great price. Default what would the mbc be doing that would cause the dip?

like closing all of the sudden?

Default Opening and being stuck open a bit longer than required to control boost...

I had to disassemble mbc's a few times to keep that from happening A bent MBC spring could cause this too.
