Shiv has dynoed enough S4's to know how particular we are about fan positioning & the fact that they blow throughout the pulls. So much so that they make fun of us when we come to dyno. Ask them about the "midget mod" next time you go.
I would chalk up your DTC & limp mode to software or hardware issues, not the dyno. I bet your PSI has something to do with it (i.e. throttle cut). The possibility of you heatsoaking after just one pull is slim to none. 3-4 runs, maybe...

Those who understand tuning (read not you) know that twice the WHP loss with RS4 IC vs stock IC's on the 2nd & 3rd runs with the same software followed by a DTC 16497 "intake Air temp high input" realize that there is not enought air getting across the IC's.
It must be really killing you that I got such great results using AWE DP's and not yours.
