ECS Adjustable FPR and AWE stage 3 pump/race programs..

if I orderd the ECS adjustable FPR and set it at 4 bar static for pump and 5 bar static for the race programs would I be about the same as swapping 4bar and 5bar FPR's?
or are there flow diffrences?
I know some people say a crushed 5 bar doesnt work the same as the motorsports one.

When I went to Stage 3- and needed a 5 bar FPR, I was instructed by more than one...
person that a crushed 4 bar is not exactly the same flow characteristics as a true 5 bar. Also, that they tested on a Bosch 5 bar, so they recommended that I get a proper one.
