I quote;
"The obligation of Audi under this warranty is limited, however, to the following: If within this period a defect in material or workmanship causes the vehicle to fail to conform with EPA regulations and the vehicle is brought to the workshop of any authorized Audi dealer...", "the dealer will make repairs as may be required by these regulations free of charge"
I'm suprised LCP-a lawyer, would post something that would lead others to believe that all of us are covered for 7 years against blown turbos.

to conform with EPA regulations..."
This is the relevant point. The turbos are mentioned as a part of entire Emissions Control System.
I would assume that in the 3rd year, or last 26k miles, a blown turbo caused my the aforementioned faulty or pinched oil lines would be covered.
I've already driven 26k miles in my first year! So, I'm SOL on the ECS warranty.

If you look at the warranty book, it kinda contridicts itself regarding emmission and basic warranty duration.
The 7/70,000 mile warranty ONLY applies to Ca.

I'm new to Audi World. I took my S4 into my dealer yesterday for the second time in a week due to inconsistant acceleration and was told for the second time that my car was fine. As I was pulling out of the dealership I blew both of my turbos. Today they tell me because I chipped it, (APR chip & K&N) they wouldn't cover the repair under warranty. Help! I don't have 10 grand to fix it! What can I do?
