Yes, that's exactly what the problem is. Sorry for the choppy sentences and poor explanations, just juggling a few things here at the same time...
The revo code utilizes Greentops, and any 88mm maf. The beauty of Revo is it is very tunable.

to change the tiptronic code for a 6spd, I think you have only a couple options short of changing out your entire fueling kit:
1) Try to locate a used 6spd Revo Stage 3 ECU.
2) Pick up a used GIAC X ECU and go the "homebrew" route. That might be your best route since you already have the Greentops and 88mm MAF...

Nah, not worth the hassle of going homebrew (not that homebrew is a hassle) as the car runs well. Revo does have a dealer network, I am a revo dealer, but as mentioned above, Revo doesn't offer stage 3 anymore, and it is quite difficult to get a used Revo stage 3 M box. Revo might re-release the stage 3 eventually though.
