Default agreed, my question was more about if there's a sudden pressure drop what that would do

I could see switching positions with the car at idle, but if he were to open them up at a certain RPM I'm not sure if that sudden change would have any negative impacts.

Default how did you make the piece that goes from the end of the DP to the cutout? Custom?

2.25" piece coming off straight downward?

What side cutouts? 2" or 2.5?

Default i was just thinking of how some high end sports cars like the new z06 or the ferrari f-430 have

electric cutouts that open up at a certain rpm to increase horsepower for the top end but are closed at low rpms for torque. but then i forgot how they dont have pimp *** turbos like we do .

i just have gutted stock downpipes going into the 2.5" cutout pipe, then to my stock cats.

Default im not too worried about that since i dont keep them open for very long periods of time.

i think maybe the only concern would be at a road course or auto-x event when they would be open for long periods of time, but even then im not too worried since my car will be moving the whole time.
