I agree. I think there is some great stuff here, but I feel like a computer noob trying to figure
it out.
I can find the repair manuals, but beyond that, I'm going to need to play with it a while.

Yes, I read the Help section and it mentions in Chapter 8.5 "ESPC Interface"...
that, "You can use the ESPC interface for quick access to part numbers from the individual information media.
If, for example, you are in a repair group in the information medium "Repair manual" and require a certain part number, click with the left-hand mouse button on the button. The ESPC is opened and jumps automatically to the corresponding position with the required part number."
I can see the ETka logo on some of the screen shots in the Help menu but have not had any luck finding it.

I have come to the conclusion on this pack that there is nothing here I can/would use...
I have Bentley and access to ETKA 6... answers just about anything I can think of. The ELSA package looks to be more for the management of VINs and associated car items(maintenance pulls, parts replacements, records, etc... dealer server tool). Can't find anything in here I'd use... removing it now.
