Control Module Part Number: 8D0 907 551 M
Component and/or Version: 2.7l V6/5VT G 0002
Software Coding: 06711
Work Shop Code: WSC 06435
6 Faults Found:
16805 - Warm Up Catalyst: Bank 1: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0421 - 35-00 - -
17539 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B2 S1: Internal Resistance too High
P1131 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16815 - Warm Up Catalyst: Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0431 - 35-00 - -
17525 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating Circuit: B1 S2: Short to Ground
P1117 - 35-00 - -
17522 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor: B1 S2: Internal Resistance too High
P1114 - 35-00 - -
18047 - Accelerator Position Sensor 1/2 (G79/G185): Implausible Signal
P1639 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
I expect all the Cat/O2 stuff since I'm running dps and test pipes... but the Accel. Pos. Sensor has me worried. STFA and it seems it's throttle body (boot) related?
I've checked the boot, connectors, pipes, etc and it seems to be okay. Boost holds fine, no limp mode.
Only symptoms exhibited was what seemed like "choking" while idling after some hard runs and a few minutes of cool-down idling. Weirdness.

I noticed that there's two? One that grows to a higher % the further down the pedal is pressed, and one that changes inversely? That's just based on some VAG-COM observations.

thrown. I'd guess there is a dead spot in the trim pot and the % of one to the other isn't what is expected. Not sure of the PN, I tried STFA's for ya but didn't see a part number.

The O2 heating circuit is not fused and can hurt the ecu.
Take care.
