I will admit now that i agree with you A LITTLE BIT. BUT They must have done 30+ pulls and I will not have them drive my car 30+ times 40-95ish on public roads, with my insurance and my car. Therefor using the dyno in a semi controlled environment, is hence safer, not always to the motor, but to the least, a happy median.

Pretty speculative statement. The dyno is good for keeping a constant/known load. Many different variables can come into play on the street. However the street is where the car is being run and it is a better representation of how the car will drive "daily". That's why EPL tunes on both ;-)
