Well, I picked up the car this morning and all I can say is WOW! The car is so smooth that the first impression was almost disappointing... Almost... But one look at the speedometer blew my mind when I realized how fast it was going in such a short amount of time!... It is fast... Deceptively fast! The power comes on around 3000-3500rpms and just keeps building to redline! And so schmooooove!
Driving around town is no different than before, with the car being very well behaved and drivable. However, when you punch the throttle, you sink into the seat and just stay there. I think I'm going to have to get in the habit of turning off the ESP button now, as the first time I took it out ESP kicked in shifting from 2nd to 3rd and the car fell flat on its face :-P... Under heavy throttle around a sharp turn I could feel the Stasis 4:1 diff working its magic much more than in the past... Bonus!
Anyway, here is some dyno output from what looks like 2 different runs:

<img src="http://images14.fotki.com/v362/photos/6/663228/4338071/EPLDynoplot2small-vi.jpg">
Test conditions were:
-93 octane fuel
-Temps in the mid 50's low 60's
-Humidity was probably decently high as its been rainy
-Sea level
-Stock Avus wheels running 225/45/17 Wintersport M2's :-P
The pertinent mods are:
-K16/K04 hybrids with port&polish, ceramic coating, and exhaust side clearancing (6/10 on the scale per Jacob)
-90mm ASP MAF housing
-60lb. Seimens injectors
-RS4 airbox top and accordian hose
-VAST ceramic coated exhaust manifolds, NOT port and polished...
-ASP 3" downpipes with cats
-AWE Twin 2 exhaust
-AWE intercoolers
Here are some back to back to back ECUX logs taken by Tony@EPL during road testing:
Boost was a stuck low, most likely due to a wastegate adjustment issue. Originally I wanted to run between 24 and 25 psi![Frown](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
<img src="http://images14.fotki.com/v363/photos/6/663228/4338071/image002-vi.gif">
The chart below shows the wastegate issue. Since the ECU programming limits the duty cycle to 96%, there is no way to keep wastegates shut via software. The only thing that can be done is to tighten up the spring action on the turbo wastegates themselves. This is what prevented me from running more than 18psi at redline.

The car is an absolute blast to drive, but there are two things I need to take a look at. First, I have noticed that the rpms will sometimes oscillate about 200rpms while idling, which is kind of annoying but not a big deal. I think this is a common issue with the larger injector cars and I'll be talking with EPL to see if there is anything I can do about it. Second, the newly installed ASP downpipes are rubbing somewhere as well, occasionally causing massive cabin vibration. Greg@EPL did the best he could to provide clearance and stopped just short of denting the pipes
The vibration is annoying as hell, so I'll be addressing this shortly... Probably by denting the pipes a bit, hehe... To be fair, my car has a history of exhaust rubbing problems as my LaBree downpipes which are considerably smaller also rubbed when cold.
Other thoughts are that the guys at EPL were a pleasure to deal with. Very straight forward, honest, and enthusiastic. I recieved at least one phone call every day with an update, and they were flexible with my drop off and pickup schedule. Overall, I'm very impressed with these guys! You definitely get a lot for your money! Two thumbs up

"Hmmm. This doesn't seem too fast . . . oh, we're doing 120."
It's so butter smooth that it's damn hard not to be doing triple digits on surface roads. Congrats!
