Default OK Ralph Nader.. I just agreed to buy a used airbag controller:)

Gambling $90 on the code clearing tool, then having to buy another airbag controller anyway didn't make sense. Between airbags and ABS.. this will be the first time since I first bought the car that there wasn't an expensive dash light staring me in the face.

Default I had an airbaig light after putting in a new controller. Vag would not clear it the regular way,

I had to recode it with vag com and it stayed off. It certainly won't work if you have a bad controller but I think it's worth a try.

Oh and if that dose'nt work I have a confirmed good controller I can sell you for $200.

Default That's incorrect. an airbag light *may* mean the airbags will not deploy, it depends on the

condition.
