Audi doesn't have it yet for American customers - requires them to set up a shipping network from
multiple locations. They do allow if in Europe as you just drive your car home. Now that they have opened their huge facility in Ingolstadt, it is supposedly on their list. Right now, I'm only aware that VW, BMW and Porsche do this.

Audi has US spec cars in Germany on certain dealer lots, near US military bases.
Apparently you must arrange the shipping.
I had a long talk with a proud new owner of one of these cars. She was in the Army and had it shipped back. I was quite surprised to hear that she bought it right off the lot. It looked like any other A4.
I asked if she could have ordered any "special" options not normally available here but she did not know.
