You don't have a lot of patience do you?
Didn't you post something like this about Jacob? I would encourage you to have some patience with these people before jumping on here making these posts. I've personally done more than $3k of business with Alex in the last year alone and he ALWAYS got back to me in a timely fashion, sometimes it DID *gasp* take more than a few hours. He does have other things going on afterall. Seeing posts like this will undoubtedly give the wrong impression about Europrice's customer service which is easily some of the best of the vendor's here.
