Get over it...
Lots of manufacturers have exclusive distribution deals.
Why is this such a surprise? It was announced months ago, in Auburn, at the annual BBQ. Ryan and Paul were both there, contributing mightily to the effort, on camera, and on stage.
My understanding is that Stasis will be available to all its current retailers, but APR will be the wholesaler/exclusive distributor.

Cool... and you may well continue to do so...
That probably shouldn't change.
What you don't have is a well established international distribution chain, which is probably what Stasis were after, when exploring options.
