Everyone's had great experiences with Achtuning, why did I get screwed?

This is moot after Josh posting but I'll say it anyways.
First off, you didn't get screwed, something happened that wasn't to your liking. Deal with it. 2nd, you're telling a one sided story, for all we know the circumstances could have nothing to do with Achtuning. You can't go off on a tear about tuners because something didn't show up on time, it's not fair to them. Especially since Josh was helping you the whole way.

RS4 Cores are backordered in Germany.
We have 24 sets ON ORDER for stock. They have been on order for over 2 months!! We are working VERY hard to keep things in stock. These items include:
RS4 IC kits
RS4 Oil Cooler kits
RS4 wheels
RS4 clutch kits (in stock)
RS4 turbos (in stock)
RS4 fueling
Euro head lights (in stock)
RS4 trim kits
etc... etc... etc...
Hopefully all our "Stock" orders will show up in the next month. That way we will always have stuff on the shelf. The problem is that there has been such a delay that by the time my STOCK order shows up, they are already sold

No one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes. But where would modding be if there weren't tuners?
I've had my bad share of not getting things, not getting responses to phone messages or emails, not getting things when promised, etc, etc. I give them 2nd, 3rd chances at bettering themselves. Sometimes it's just bad timing that things went wrong and that's why I give them multiple chances, but if things continually to go wrong, they are off my list. So far, those you've listed are still on my good list.
