Extended warranty, worth it?

Default Extended warranty, worth it?
Hi, I have a 2001 S4 with close to 40k miles. The Audi warranty ends at 50k. I'm thinking about getting the extended warranty. The dealer is selling a "diamond" plan for about $2000. Is it worth while? Does anyone have one of these plans? How easy is it to claim a repair?

Default NO!...I read the list of whats NOT covered and...
everything you could think of that might need replacing soon is on that list. Have them fax you one. It will blow your mind. Of course, this is only one dealer, Jack Daniels Motors in NJ.

Default not worth the paper its printed on...
AUDI ASSURED is the only way to go but you can't buy that except with a used car purchase from audi

I looked at such warranties like warrantygold... You are right, they don't cover much.
