Default extremely rough start up and rough idle (long)

I had been looking for a S4 for several months and finally picked one up last weekend. Unfortunately I've only had the chance to drive the car home that night on some flat boring interstates after picking it up.

Started it up for the first time since tonight and was surprised when the car started extremely rough. I also noticed it took over 45 minutes to get the oil temp to get aproximately 2/3 of the way between 150 and 250 degrees, and the car idled roughly with a slight ticking noise at idle also.

The car is extremely clean 6sp with aproximately 48k miles and so far I am very satisfied with it, although I really haven't had a chance to get a feel for it and enjoy it yet. It's going in for its 50k service this upcoming thursday at Premier Motorcars in ABQ, is there anything I should mention to the tech to look into? What could some possibles causes be?
