I complained yesterday about poor service from them but not my blood is boiling over. They said they got rid of the noise in the dash I asked to to get rid of. I picked u the car and the noise is still there and just as loud. It a loud creak coming out of I think the airbag. I pulled out of the exit and pulled back into the entrance- it took about 50 yards for me to hear it. So I politly asked the service manager to come for a ride we did tey same loop and his response to was it is probably a common noise. Can you, you bring it in again? i said you bet. but he said next week is no good. F--them the job was never done and i don't even beleive that my dash was even touched. Does any one in the Huntington Long island area know were there is a good place to bring my Audi that knows their stuff? She's my baby and it doesn't deserve this and nor do I. Please help.

Your basically out of luck in L.I. I hear good things about Smithtown but that is a hike...........
I know Vinnie at Legend is awesome, but you would need to set up a time with him after hours b/c if you bring it in with an appointment, you might not get Vinnie even if you request him and they might do damage to your car. Plus, I have noises all over my car and no dealer has evdr fixed them, they just tell me that they don't hear anything.

Hungtington Audi is a bunch of BS....
THey tried to sell me an 01 S4 Avant this summer for over invoice, I was like do you think I smoke weed constantly? Anyway I always took my A4 to Beiner Audi which is on 25A going west from Huntington..its about a 30 min drive without traffic. I also had an encounter with H-Ton Audi they are a bunch of idiots, told me the squeeking from my suspension was normal, and my tires were making it. Yup OK whatever you say fool.
