Failed NY inspection. Any ideas?

Failed NY inspection. Any ideas?
Couldnt get more than about 55 miles without it turning on. It has never been this bad before. I think it finally has arrived (constant CEL) Codes are for O2 sensor and cat codes (too high too low). Any suggestions?

What exhaust/downpipes do you have
I have a pair of brand new cats for a Labree/Borla set-up that you could borrow to pass....
