It would seem that traction is rated only "A" as opposed to many others "AA". What that means could be anyones guess. I don't think it's a lack of wet traction. From the research I did, people claim they wear out quicker than they should but they are dead quiet and are fairly sticky. I ended up going with a set of Potenza re750's instead. One person said the falkens are super sticky while one guy said they're not suited for auto X. I would have ordered them but a couple friends of mine have the re750's on their WRXs and have beat the crap out of them and still have a lot of tread left.

But it's still a Bridgestone tire borrowing technology from the SO-3, When Falken first came to it was consider a "ricer tire" also.
