I also own a 2001.5 sexy times 4, which I don't mind working on when it needs attention, so I didn't buy an extended warranty for it. The Porsche is a different story. I'm looking for a great extended warranty company that will allow me to take this sucker to a Porsche dealer. You guys have any suggestions?

Seriously jealous. My wife gave me the green light for a C4s if i could find a decent one at a good price, but my son is 3 years old and there is not way I'm getting one. So, it looks like Cayenne S or Cayenne turbo for me. Leaning toward S for maintenance reasons. 1 car with turbos is enough. Wait...or is it?

I love those Porshe C cars C2, C4, all those.

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a 2001 C4 w/50K miles. Two owners, dealer maintained. Any concerns re the intermediate shaft issue and catastrophic engine failure? Extended warranty? Early vs late 996s?
