A few fault codes... perhaps someone can help.. I've been STFA already..

Hey guys,
It's been a while since I've posted. I've been having too much fun with the car :-D... I'm full Stage 3 now, but I have a few codes that are bugging me. I've been looking all morning for some answers on my Check Engine light... came on about 3 weeks ago while my dad was driving the car for whatever reason... had it once before when I first went to full Stage 3, but I thought it was because I didn't have CELiminators (cleared it, put CELiminators on)... here are the codes:

17584 - Bank1: O2 (Lambda) Correction Behind Catalyst: Control Limit Reached
P1176 - 35-00 - -
17837 - Circuit for Brake Vacuum Pump: Open Circuit
P1429 - 35-00 - -
18320 - Pressure Sensor for Brake Boost (G294): Short to Plus
P1912 - 35-00 - -
16815 - Warm Up Catalyst; Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold
P0431 - 35-00 - -
Now, I think that the two brake related codes are because of AWE's programming... I'm a TIP, and I think they flashed the ECU for a manual... I've asked Mike@AWE and I haven't gotten a response yet.
But the other two look like 1 of two things. I'm running piggie pipes with an APR Stealth exhaust w/ CELiminators on the O2 bungs. I'm confused as to what the problem is.... O2 sensors going bad, or the piggie pipes causing problems?
Thoughts?
Yes, it's a TIP, No, I have not blown up the trans. Yes, a Full Stage 3 TIP. My signature's list is correct... except no trans. rebuild yet.

1- boost leak. fuel is so fvcked ecu can't fix it. pass side
2- brake vacum pump is disconnected, burned or wire is broken.
3- because of 2.
4- your cel eliminators are not working on driver side
i think you should also be in limp mode
