Heh. I installed it myself...
But it was just a bolt-on bolt-off affair.
I got it from Eugene aka S4Returns. I had to take a sojourn down to NC to get it and perform the swap, including the RS4 mounts.
I was impressed by what they did. They actually cut and shaped the bumper using a liquid plastic so it followed the profile of the OE bumper pretty much exactly. That's why it doesn't bow out in the sides.
I really like it. A LOT.

Thanks for the offer. I would have checked in but it was during a business trip...
I barely had enough time to get back to northern VA and get a couple hours sleep, lol. It only took about 30mins or so to do the swap anyhow.
