first oil change...
I have always been one who changes at 1,000 and then every 3 to 4,000. Mineral. After following this forum, I see that for the S4 one should go to at least 5,000 or more with the initial fill. I am unusual in that my S4 only gets about 500 miles per month of use...so can I really go 10 to 12 months b4 the first change??? 60% of my miles are in the 5 mile trip range, the rest 25 to 35 miles. I really want to do what's right!

I changed when my oil looked dirty, at about 3000 miles it turned out. Went synthetic then.
