Tire rotation is part of the 5k service....if you want the alignment looked at....
...you'll have to mention the symptoms to your service writer as an alignment is not part of the routine 5k service.

I don't know if it's different for the S4 vs A4, but tire balancing wasn't part of the tire rotation
So, what's the point? You'll end up with vibrations. The dealer I took my A4 to for the 5K service offered balancing for ~$10 per tire, but tire places will give you a lifetime rotation and balance for ~$50.
