Default Fix it tickets...

So I got a fix-it ticket for not having my front plate on (Santa Monica, CA) and I was due to present the fixed version yesterday...oh well.

Anyone know what happens now? Do I get fined? I was on vacation and forgot about it.

Thanks,

Default My standard front plate post. Looks like an interesting idea to me if executed well.

Standard response, looks worse than a real front plate.

Default Not sure what happens...To resolve the ticket in the future you can.....

just use some 3M double sided tape and stick the plate to your bumper. This is the same material used for side mouldings. Simply remove it when you get home. I have done this twice. The tape is available from any AutoBody supply store.

Are there any states that have a plate that matches an S4 color? Any silver plates out there?

Default Same thing happened to me...

received a fix it ticket for front window tint in LA. Totally forgot about it, received a bill for something like $450 plus a warning of license suspension if not taken care of. Had to go to court to lower fee to $200.

They don't check the mounting that closely? i.e. don't check to make sure it's bolted?
