I know I have to remove seatback and "Replace Motor" but does anyone have further instructions/tips on doing so? Any help would be great as the lump in my back is starting to annoy me...

and worked it back and forth for a few minutes and it came back to life 2 days later. No problems since.
Same scenario w/ my cruise switch. Dealer tried to sell me a new CC module. The RS contact cleaner brought that back to life as well (that took a couple of days too).

when I try to decrease, nothing. I'll try this with electronic cleaner but where exactly should I spray? UNDER the seat or just on the outside of that switch?

and I could hear the motor *twitch* to the end of it's range - but the switch would fail to complete the circuit in the other direction.
The cleaner comes with a spray attachment (ala WD40) and you can use it to spray under the switch. Hold the switch down one way and wedge the red tube under the switch on the opposite side and give it a blast. Then do the opposite side. I did this a few times then wiped up excess and worked the switch back and forth for a bit. It didn't work immediately so I assume the cleaner needs some time to clean the contact points in the switch. Hope it works for you.
