I'm looking for some high quality floormats, and have checked out the Stratmoshere mats, but it says you need to transfer the snaps from the OEM mats to the Stratmoshpere mats. I bought my S4 used, and it didn't have the OEM mats, and apparently it's tough to get the replacement snaps from Audi. What other options do I have for some decent mats?

I don't have the partnumber but can get if need be. I think my dealer found the OE partnumber for the mats, if they turn out to be the OE's I'll give it to you. Otherwise get the winter floor mats they are very good at holding snow and water..

carpet floormats or rubber floormats? I recommend the audisport rubber floormats. They're easy to clean and is made of heavy duty rubber. Strat and Clair both sell these.

When I tried to transfer them from the stock mats to the Strat mats, most of them broke. I got an extra set of 8 from the dealer (~$20), but the part number in the database for the S4 did not match (the 'holes' were smaller, and didn't have the opening in the top, I think, maybe the same as A4?). Make sure you get the wider style with the opening in top. (Sorry, don't have part number handy...)

the ridges on it don't get in the way. I had no problem nor any obstructions when shifting, or braking, or even accelerating.
