Most people seem to run Fidanza, however if you're just looking for a streetable improvement over stock I have and recommend the RS4 one. The engine revs noticeably better without any chatter or concerns about harmonic stabilization because it's still dual mass.

Yes, buy the steel single mass from Vast. Its more streetable than aluminum and if you ever want to run ferramic, you should use a steel flywheel. You will still get some noise with any clutch setup at low rpms that is not dual mass, but its not super bad.

I just installed Vast's aluminum flywheel in my car along with their ceramic hybrid clutch disc and RS4 PP. Absolutely love how quickly it revs. There is a slight bit of ringing at 1100-1300 if you lug it in traffic and 2nd gear. All it takes is getting used to keeping the revs up a few hundred rpm more than I used to do so this really isn't an issue. Highly recommend it.
