Try the classified section here and on other forums for a used pair. ER is pretty solid on the price IIRC, and often times you will find they are back ordered from pretty much every vendor...

I managed to obtain set of AWE SMICs for $500 with shrouds and since they are only just a hair worse than ERs I think I got a good deal

I forgot what turbo kit OP said he was getting, but IMO you don't need to spring for ER unless you are getting something bigger than an RS4 KO4. Unless you plan on building a real monster or have your heart set on ER I would take AWE or another big SMIC kit if you can get a deal on it.

That's the type of info that should have been included in your first post. Go with the ER's since they're the largest SMIC's that are readily available.

haha, alright then. ER's are the best you can get. I would addh a mist spray system for additional cooling at those power levels. Also, water/meth injection to cool the air internally.

I forgot where you can get the components for the SMIC mister, but the water meth you can get from VAST for about 500.

yeah im also getting a water meth injection and nah not spending 500 on that from vast i might get it from a company called Devils Own water meth injection, but yeah its around 300 and yeah might get a mist spray also

IC mister is a waste of money from what I've experienced. WI is well worth the cost for your situation.
