Wouldn't cost much to have a shop do it custom...
I'm actually most likely doing the same treatment on my 911. Its common in rally cars to see alcantara dashboards, because it doesn't glare. I have a small tear in the vinyl of my dash cover in the 911, and I can recover it myself with black alcantara for $100 or less, versus $1000+ for a new dash.
