Is that the turbine housing inlet or the exhaust manifold outlet?

exhaust valve seals/guides are done. You need a head rebuild. Sorry.

Turbos should be OK, but you might want them torn down and rebuilt anyhow. Its not expensive to do.

several months worth of oil depositing and burning off. even money says the manifold is wet with it.

Default could this posiblly be caused by a bed head gasket, or worn pistion rings?....

i woudl realy hate for the valve to be toast. I'll be pulling the head here in the next day or two. I'll take pictures and post up as well. Because when i pulled off the exhaust manis they where dry as a bone. A little dirty but not wet at all.
