dumbass here.. .75gm/sec of what? I thought air was measured in Vol not mass?

Default volume is dependent on tempurature and pressure.. mass is mass, period
since what you are looking for is how many molecules (mass) of O2 is being burned.

I figured about as much, acc load, timing, etc, seems close mentally though. stock whp vs flow

Yes that does appear to be fairly consistent for the S4.
