Found a kickin deal for control arm kit $465 from Shokan

they look like stock pieces to me...
...perhaps with different ball studs on the uppers, but looks awfully close to stock.
Of course, for $465, that may be a great price for a set of OEM replacement arms.

And they used to be $367!!
But I guess that was their limited time "special special" price. They're made by Sidem, and apparently not an OE supplier to Audi (if that matters to you). I'd never heard of them before, but someone who had likened them to being a cheap imitation. Take that FWIW....good luck.

Could be.
Just saw a post the other day where someone did say that a certain MY S4 (if not all MY S4s) had different arms than the A4. Might have to turn to ETKA to solve this one. Good luck
