Found this today..Need advice

Looked over a few things on the car today and found that the Outer cv boot on driver side is torn in half. I cannot not see where all the grease went. Its all clean in there cept for the grease still on the axle inside the boot left over. Should I just replace both outer boots since one is gone?
Also, can I replace only the bushing on the upper control arm? I looked at it and it too is torn/cracked but the arm looks fine. Are the two bushings for the upper control arms the same??
Thanx a bunch.

You should ideally replace both of those arms on both sides...
...of the car.
Don't mess with pressing the bushes and joints - you'll only be back there later!
Best wishes,
Ram
