my turbos are going out because i can hear the dentist drill noise... i was looking to put franken turbos in because they are somewhat cheap but powerful.. can i just buy the full kit off the franken turbo website(http://www.frankenturbo.com/new/F4BT.html) and have it installed? i mean do i have to get a tune and a fueling kit right away? or will it be fine?

You could just swap the turbo's and do the fueling later. You may want to incorporate an MBC, but it looks like you may have one in place already.

If you're just getting the kit I'd suggest purchasing direct from FrankenTurbo, they have very good customer feedback.
