splitter -> downforce on a street car?

unless that sucker is 1" or less above pavement, i don't think so.

get a real c/o system first. that body kit crap doesn't do squat.

No downforce is made by that thing on the front of an S4.

downforce

You can say "add downforce" but when you're at 160mph, you really need to "reduce lift". IT's the same thing but the car is really being lifted off its springs at those speeds. I wouldn't normally assume it, but if the M3 spoiler is really from BMW, I'll assume it was wind tunnel tested and would help. Those lips do keep some air from going under the car which would increase downforce. The lip is too high off the ground to do much.
