Throw some broken window glass pieces on the ground near your car. Draw a chalk outline of a body laying outside of where you park your car. Pour a generous amount of dark red paint in various spots on the chalk outline. Get a bumper sticker that says "guns don't kill people - I do". The punks may think twice.

tail them. When they're about to turn a corner, you use the good old "pit" manuever on them and they go spinning and slamming into a light pole. (See the L.A. cops do it all the time out here). Then you get out of your car and do what George Clooney did in The Peacemaker...or maybe not...but it was an awesome scene. hehehe =)

last September in Union, inside my company's parking lot. They had the driver's door open and were about to get in when my co-worker blasted her horn. They were 3 African-American males in their teens or early twenties driving a black Integra with no license plates.

The cops arrived 20 minutes later, got on the radio about the car and filed their report. Needless to say, they didn't catch them.
