Default TT Supra already has one (two)

Although I guess the TT Supra is more expensive.

Default yes and number for the SS are very close to stock S4 5.5 to 60 and 13.9 in the 1/4 but....

traction is what holds this car back. With a set of Nitto's the SS is under 5sec to 60 and a SS with headers and new nitto's spanked me repeatedly. I'm runnin x-doritos and borla. For comparison I can walk all over Special Ann. WS6's.

Default look at it this way: forced induction is equivalent to larger displacement.

If you're boosting 2 ATM then you've effectively doubled your displacement. A forced induction car is kind of like a variable displacement engine.

Yep. We effectively have 5.4 liters, in which case the state of tuning for S4 is very behind others.

But chipped S4 tips beat these cars all the time right?

Default My point is, putting a single turbo on a Supra isn't exactly a simple bolt on. Probably the same

degree of difficulty as putting a blower on a Camaro.

Default Yup, traction is tough for them....but when hooked up, Z28s or SSs run 13.6-13.3s here all the time.

Makes me sick. A guy I know had a WS6 with 4.10 gears, exhaust, free mods, lid, Nittos, some great driving skills and one hell of a strong car from the factory run 11.9 @ 114mph!!!! That's damn impressive for less than 1000 in mods and no headers. Too bad he hit an oil slick in the rain, loss control and totalled the car. If I was him, I would have bought the car back and kept that motor....cause it was a monster.

Default That WS6 sounded sick..my friend did the same with his first WS6 but he lent it to a friend who....

didn't realize 380hp+RWD+rain=slow the fvck down he bent the frame when he hit a median at 90mph. I have raced him in his new one on wet roads and he will spin the tires on the 3rd gear shift and they just wont hook up.
