I'm going to catch flack for saying this, but I think the E46 sedans look better than the B5 sedans.

Default Why I chose Audi...

1) My S4 is my 2nd Audi, as I have an 85 4000 Quattro. My family has been big on Audis in the past and since I bought my 4kq when I was 18, I really appreciated how good they "still" look after a considerable amount of years have passed. Also, I was in an accident (not my fault) in a 91 Audi Coupe Quattro. The giant SUV that turned into me had to be towed away with a broken axel, and the Coupe only had a dented driver's side door, which still opened and closed after the accident. The toughness and safety impressed me.

2) I have appreciated Quattro for the last 8 years and it seemed only natural that my next car would be an Audi. BMW and MB just didn't do it for me.

3) Before I bought my S4, if I could have had any car in the world (within reason) I wanted an Audi S4 or an Audi TT. When I went to the dealer, I talked to the dealer who sold my brother his A4. Cool guy and once I drove my S4, I knew that's what I wanted.

4) I wouldn't mind seeing some sort of 2-door version.

Good luck with your project!

Default Agree with you, although IMO, neither of them are the best looking euro sedan, that honor goes to

the Saab 9-3 Sedan.

Default Maybe exterior, but Saab engineering sucks.

My roomate's 9-3 Vector has the crappiest design ever. No slow open glove box (just flops down), seats feel like the leather on a basketball, radio design is retarded, key in center console seems cool but is kind of dumb, key is HUGE (twice the size of my dongle), clutch is squishy, etc. etc. He DOES have bi-xenons and euro-type housings, which is nice. The car would look incredible with 18's and suspension.

Oh and his car rattles like a econo-box, and it's brand new!

Default The REAL reason I chose the S4: Chicks dig it!

Just kidding ;-).

But actually they do, I have yet to have a girl in my car who didn't compliment me on it. Of course they then said "I love A4's" , but hey, I guess I can't expect everyone to be an enthusiast.

On a good note, his stock suspension whoops the S4's stock suspension. Feels like my Street Sports.
