Default FYI. I just had the dealer replace my windshield due to optical waviness. The ripples made me feel..
like I was underwater. no kidding.
Other Audi owners have complained about this issue. My dealer gave me no trouble.

how bad was it? my rear windshield seems a bit annoyingly wavy at times, but still tolerable

Default I doubt the dealer will replace your rear windshield...
...unless it is <b>really</b> bad.
